After retiring from my career as a Dyslexia Consultant and teacher, I began to make jewellery in 2010. I’ve always loved the creative visual arts, wearing jewellery, and the feel and look of silver – so I went to learn silversmith techniques at Trowbridge College and have been creating silver and enamelled pieces ever since. I am constantly learning, and find inspiration from many sources, but mainly from the natural world in all its diversity, and geometrical pattern. I have been involved with Made in Bradford on Avon since 2012, and as well as selling my jewellery, I help with the financial aspects of the project. I have made some good friends there and met some highly creative and talented people!
