Rob Kendrew works under the name of paperwallah and makes beautiful blank books, journals and bespoke stationery by hand using traditional bookbinding techniques and materials.  He also has a full letterpress studio with a number of restored Victorian printing presses and old wood and metal type which he uses to print uniquely vintage products. He also runs regular workshops to share the love of this old technology.

The unifying strand is a passion for individuality and distinctiveness. In an age where a Moleskine can be bought from Tesco for under a tenner, it's important we keep sight of the craft and design behind fine stationery and keep old skills and machinery alive.
