Poppy Field Glass is based in Chippenham where fused glass artist
PJ Buchanan makes gifts and ornaments inspired by her garden and the seasons.
Each item is unique and handmade using glass specially made for fusing. Decorated with hand-cut pieces of coloured glass,these are fired at approx. 760ͦ Centigrade to fix the coloured glass to the clear glass.
A second firing is required for the glass waves as they need to be slumped into a mould to create the wave shape, each one creating a unique piece.
