RICHARD GREEN

I am a watercolour artist and my work attempts to capture the atmosphere and energy of a variety of locations in and around Bradford-on-Avon and further afield.

I have worked full-time as an artist in the last ten years or so. Much of my earlier work concentrated on capturing scenes that echoed the industrial heritage of the West Midlands, but having moved to Bath in recent years my work now seeks to reflect all that is around - from local views of Bath, Batheaston and Bradford-on-Avon to the canals, countryside, coastal scenery and harbours of the South West.

I am currently exhibiting at the Made in Bradford Gallery at Bradford-on-Avon. I have an exhibition in September 2020 at Weston Park, Staffordshire ; and have held exhibitions at Hanbury Hall, Worcestershire; the RBSA Gallery Birmingham; the Bath Society of Artists 2017 & 2018 Open Exhibitions.
